Supported Housing Referral Manager

Supported Housing Referral Manager enables local authority staff to monitor the activities of their supported housing providers.

The system also keeps track of the referrals made to the supported housing providers by other referring agencies, such as Social Services, and follows the journey of the applicant in terms of housing, support, advice given and outcomes.

There is a supported housing register within the system where council staff can create lists of customers requiring extra support and share this with other support agency staff where appropriate.

Referral agencies are able to “express interest” on behalf of a customer on any of the schemes advertised by the providers. Providers are also able to review and manage existing referrals on-line through the website application.

This module allows providers of supported housing to advertise vacancies on-line to their preferred referrers so that when a place is available within a scheme it can be advertised or shortlisted.

The LHS workflow system is embedded in Supported Housing Referral Manager. This can be used to manage the lettings process for properties and allows both the referrer and provider to track progress and monitor key events.

  • Register approved referral agencies
  • Providers and referral agencies interact online
  • Register and manage applicants online
  • Advertise all vacancies for chosen time span
  • Express interest on behalf of the customer for any of these vacancies
  • Manage the letting process online – both provider and referrer can track progress and share information
  • Monitor the activities of both provider and referrer
