Peter Riley - Director

Peter joined LHS in 2002 and has overall responsibility for the business of LHS, which includes all aspects of strategic, business and operational planning as well as delivery.
He has built the company up to be one of three most successful suppliers of housing options and choice based lettings products and services in the country. Peter is responsible for the financial management, business activity and staff management, including delivery of the company’s business plan.
Peter works closely with his team to ensure that all Housing Options, Choice Based Lettings schemes and other partnership implementations from our extensive range of products are delivered on time and within budget.

Sylvia W. James - Assistant Director

Sylvia works closely with Peter Riley to ensure LHS continues to develop and grow its portfolio of products and services as well as ensuring it provides a valued customer experience that is flexible and responsive.
She joined LHS in February 2005 as New Business Development Manager, during which time she re-branded LHS and promoted new business nationwide, as well as project managed three of our sub-regional Choice Based lettings Schemes. Sylvia has extensive experience of training adults on new IT management products in the public and private sectors.

Helen Hastle - Project Manager
Helen joined LHS in August 2007 after managing the implementation of the West Berkshire Council’s LHS Choice Based Lettings scheme. Having worked in a local authority housing department, Helen understands the pressures and challenges that officers face - especially when implementing a new system, such as Housing Options services.
Helen has extensive project management experience, principally in the education and training field, and has completed PRINCE2 Project Management training. Helen has a PGCE in Adult Education and Training with five years experience of training adults.
Iain Silverton - Project Manager

Iain joined LHS in early 2009 and has project managed two of our larger schemes and has had a key role in helping develop and implement our Housing Options module.
Iain has experience in organising and delivering the training adults in both the public and private sector as well as being responsible for managing several national government funded training contracts.

Jane Riley - Administration Support Co-Ordinator

Jane joined LHS in 2007 having previously worked in HR, Payroll and Bookkeeping for a large insurance company. Upon returning to work after having a family, Jane joined LHS in a part-time role.
She is responsible for invoicing, bookkeeping and general marketing support. She also helps organise and facilitate our conference and exhibition attendance and works alongside our supplier partners to ensure timely processing of payments.
Diana Martin - Operations Manager

Diana joined LHS in January 2003 shortly after completing her BA (hons) degree. She manages the design, creation and upkeep of all Scheme Freesheets, Scheme User Guides and the public websites.
Diana also oversees the LHS Support Team whose wide range of skills can deal with any issues that may arise.
Sandra Arundel - Office Manager
Sandra supervises staff and all services carried out by the LHS Support Desk. She joined LHS in 2003 and is responsible for ensuring our customer services are delivered according to their requirements. This includes direct mailings to all applicants at go live of new schemes and on-going mail outs to new applicants joining the schemes; receiving and scanning in of all postal bidding coupons and management of freesheet subscriptions.
Sandra is responsible for ensuring the support desk staff are trained on the LHS products and for managing the day to day running of the office.
Janette Boyle - Project Liaison Administrator

Janette joined LHS in 2006 and has worked in various roles within the company. Currently she does great work facilitating the design and print of scheme user guides and property lists as well as manages the design, creation and content of scheme public websites.
Janette is now progressing into project management.
Vicki Cooke - Office Support

Vicky joined LHS in 2009 bringing with her an NVQ in Business Administration. Vicky brings depth and experience to the production, proofing and delivery of the many adverts, freesheets and lists that LHS produce weekly.
She also assists in the preparation of the Training Manuals and manages distribution of updates. She is an adaptable all rounder who engages every assignment with a positive attitude.
The Support Team
The LHS Support Team is ready to answer your queries. They each have a minimum of two years experience providing LHS products and services support by telephone. Each member of the team has responsibility for certain specific schemes and deliver telephone support, administration of welcome letters to new applicants joining the scheme, scanning of bidding coupons and ordering of scheme user guides. When a new scheme joins LHS, the Project Manager trains the Support Team on special features of that scheme so that they are fully equipped to help.
