LHS delivers standard reports and “report generators” that can be used to create lists of information on applicants, shortlists or properties according to any set of criteria the user wishes.  

The “report generators” are both powerful and extremely easy to use and can drill down to individual applicants, circumstances or transactions. So, for example, a user can generate a list of high priority applicants who have not made a bid in the last two months.

The reports can be saved as Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and saved locally to file, indexed and centrally stored.  

On top of that, there is a powerful tool that allows the Excel file to update automatically every time it is opened.  This is particularly useful when carrying out on-going monitoring, such as checks on vulnerable applicants who may not be bidding.

All LHS products have a full suite of reporting tools embedded in them and include 50 standard reports and five parameter-based “report generators”. Complex tables, such as cross-partner reports, are also available from the data system.
