Seven Sussex District Councils have announced they will be adding the Private Landlords Manager to their existing suite of LHS systems.

This means that housing applicants across the seven councils will be able to see properties that private landlords have made available for rent.

Adur, Arun, Crawley, Chichester, Horsham, Mid-Sussex and Worthing District Councils are spreading the cost of the system between them - bringing savings and efficiencies within the group.

The Private Landlords Manager module offers a professional tenant-finding service for landlords. It can also be used to provide free advertising for landlords and promote their properties on-line.

Accredited private landlords with properties available to rent advertise those properties on the scheme website. Applicants who are at risk of homelessness and registered for housing in the area can search the site for accommodation that meets their requirements.
