Locata West London is rolling out its new online registration system. This brings the Locata scheme firmly into the efficiency arena by delivering enhamced services to its customers.

With customers getting better access, speedier verifcations and practical funcitionality and the partners re-focusing resource within thier organisations this is proving to be a better solution for all concerened.

During the pilot over 480 customers used the online registration system to access the housing register and were validated into the Locata scheme. The site is very user dynamic with customers only having to fill in the form to the level that is relevnt to thier case.

The registration process is far easier to navigate and complete and customers are able to be assisted in filling in by staff during interviews and meetings for those less able or more vulnerable.
