The system is now compatible with the Capital Moves AHR toolkit and can deliver the flixibilty to run side by side with existing registers.

The Accesahome Database will sit at the heart of the Locata systems. There will be no need to develop expensive links into any Housing Management systems as an online fully hosted system Accessahome will be operated by Abiliy Housing as a standalone Accesible Housing Register(AHR)/Choice Based Letting (CBL) system, a fully integrated AHR/CBL or for those without CBL, a fully operational AHR.

The Online Register marries the expertise of Ability, who have many years of paractical experience in disability registers, and the systems and Choice Based Lettings experience of Locata.

The Online Property wizard again links in to Abilities practical know how in the disability property area, and Locata's experience of advertising and information delivery and covers a number of disability and mobility schemes including the London AHR toolkit .
