LHS Choice Manager – The LHS CBL solutions are based upon the proven, successful West London partnership CBL scheme known as LOCATA that went live in 2001. The LOCATA West London scheme has been running since 2001 and has housed more than 11000 households. There are two options for implementing your CBL scheme as a stand alone solution, or as a sub-regional solution - both are powered by the LOCATA CBL architecture:

Option 1 - LHS host the scheme on your behalf (included in this package is a public website branded to your requirements, a web based back office administrative system that includes comprehensive reporting facilities) and your choice of other central lettings services from the list below.

Option 2 – You purchase the LOCATA CBL product outright and source all other services as required either internally or externally.
