Assisted Assessment Manager
Assisted Assessment makes assessing customers a whole lot easier, faster and efficient.
The process of assessing or re-assessing customers can now be done on-line by the customers themselves, simply by completing an on-line form. Assessments needing validation are automatically flagged to your housing officers.
The new LHS system can handle existing customers needing to change their circumstances, new customers wanting to join as well as re-joining lapsed customers.
The Assisted Assessment module is now live in the Herts and Essex HomeOption scheme and due for launch soon in West London.
Once customers have submitted their information through the on-line form the application appears for validation if required.
Using the priorities set by each scheme, applications from customers with higher housing needs can be allowed quickly into the scheme.
Other customers that need some verification as defined by your policies are flagged for validation by your housing officers.
The system also performs an auto-check for possible duplicate application in the source records. This allows more accurate measures of register size as duplication is reduced dramatically.
Where verifications are needed, the system can show the housing officer the relevant policy statements relating to that part of the application.
All checks can be recorded directly against the assessment and saved with the record.
