Survey Manager
LHS Survey Manager allows schemes to quickly poll its client base about any subject, concern or new policy direction.
The module is simple to use and allows officer’s to build effective questionnaires with very little training. Every type of survey question can be easily created, whether they be open or closed questions, or single or multiple choice.
The results of any survey can be viewed on-line through the back office admin screens. This allows real time monitoring of the effectiveness of any survey as the responses grow and means that the information can be fed into interim progress reports, final analysis reports and impact studies.
The results can also be pasted into Word, PowerPoint or Excel for presentation to boards, staff or for publication on your website for the public to see.
Survey Manager is a standard feature in the new My Gateway personalised websites, but can be modified to work in current scheme sites.
