If you need help with an IT issue, then we may ask you to log it on the Support site (using the box on the right) so that our developers can help you.
Please note that only two managers within your scheme or organisation have been given access to the Support site - so you may have to ask them to log it on your behalf.
However, our LHS Support Desk can help you with many issues. For instance:
- Where a member is unable to bid on a property that you feel they should be able to bid on
- You need help to manage shortlists so that you can filter, sort or prioritise but cannot remember how to do this
- Or, as a Super User, you are unsure how to amend a login for a member of your staff
In all these case, please use the LHS Support Desk.
Staff Login reminder emails to Super Users
You will receive an email alert every three months from Support requiring you to visit the back office site and confirm that all staff logins are still current. Please note that if you do not do this within 4 weeks, their access to the site will be temporarily denied.

If you are an applicant and registered with one of our choice based lettings schemes in England, please note that LHS is unable to answer your queries. Please contact your Housing Officer at the organisation with which you are registered.
LHS is not responsible for the way in which your local scheme works; LHS simply manages the schemes on behalf of the local authorities and housing associations within your area.
